The cloud scanner watches bookie prices against the exchange and ranks what it finds by net edge, after the commission rate you set for each sport. If the numbers don't clear the bar, you don't see them.
One tap opens a review sheet that shows the full instruction (stake, price, and what it locks) before Arbie places the exchange lay. The sheet also says when Arbie will lay on its own afterwards: if only part of the lay matches, Arbie re-lays the rest near the start, within a price limit the sheet states.

Every 15 minutes Arbie pulls your real exchange orders and compares them with what it believes. Wrong runner, wrong size, an orphan lay: anything that doesn't match raises an amber alert that stays up until a person resolves it. It reports a mismatch; it never quietly "fixes" your money.
Settled figures are not estimates. OFFICIAL means the number was verified against exchange cleared orders, to the cent.

Every upcoming AU race with a countdown, every runner ranked by retained value at your real commission rate. You choose a runner; then you place the bookie bet yourself in its own tab, and when Arbie reads the confirmed bet it places the exchange lay for that runner, with no second tap.
Countdowns are information, not pressure: they state when the market suspends, and actions disable at the jump.

Edges use the commission rate you set for each sport, or the exchange's published rate until you do. Minimum-bet-limit floors are tracked per state and code.
